Hi all,
I have an Access 2000 database. I have a subform within a form which looks something like this:

ID Machine Maintenacne Type Date Due
1 s1 Electrical 02/03
2 s2 Mechanical 05/03
3 B4 Electrical 06/03
4 B7 Mechanical 05/03
5 Comp Sub-Contact 09/03

I want to filter the records by Maintenance Type so that the subform disply's only "Electrical" or "Mechanical" or etc...

I was thinking along the lines of a Combo Box or Buttons for each type. I want to put them onn the form. Ie not on subform.

Any sugestions would be apprectiated.

Thanks,
S.
