You can scan the header and block using a text analyser.
In the text analyser properties choose the Scan Areas tab and select 'Specific Areas'. Now you can choose what you want to scan from SMTP Headers box on the right.
You can add header fileds to scan by going to the properties of the Policy folder, selecting the SMTP options tab and adding the field you want to the Exported Header fields.
