filter the destination mail

Hello,
we use sendmail on our server so that our php applications can send emails to customers (and us for the errors).
But then, I would like that on the server of preproduction only the mails for our adresses (something@our-dns.com) are sent and all for other addresses are blocked.
Is there a easy way to handle this?
