Filter/Save As query

I have a table with an unbound field I want to use as my filter criteria.
I have a query set up with the required fields.

What I want to do is either write code (limited experience) or create a macro that will. -- Open the query, save it as a user entered name, then filter the query based on value in unbound form box.
Any help would be appreciated
