Filter report on 3 fields

I have a parameter field to choose a particular title. I have 3 fields where this title may appear. If the name appears in any of these fields, I wish to have the record displayed. I can do this for one field, but how do I do it for 3?

goto Report > Selection Formulas > Record and use the following :
{title_field1} = {param_field} or {title_field2} = {param_field} or {title_field3} = {param_field}
