FILTER QUESTION!!!

I recently started using the filters in Arcserve to skip certain directories. First is this what my file path should look like: \\Servername\C:\RECYCLERThe reason I'm asking this is because ever since I started using the filters my backup jobs have not been completing because of the time it takes for them to run. They take way too long now. Any help would be much appretiated.

You should not give the server name or a folder name if you are going to exclude a file ....

Give only the file name. ( you can use wildcards )

If you want to filter a file on the remote server ...

Right click on the remote server and choose the filter option to filter a file on the remote server ...
