Filter problem in ver 3.2.2.2 8600

Hi guys I have set up successfully a series of filters on Passport.The problem is trying to let one lan communicate with another ie: desination of 10.10.14.0/24 to source of 10.10.28.0/24 forward, to enable pc,s on one side (28) to print to a printer on 10.10.14.0 network.Very simple and actually works ok to another lan where we have a server.Exactly the same.Easy !! but will not work !!
Any ideas guys ??

Without seeing your filters its impossible to say what the problem is... it'll also matter what protocol is being used to send the print job.
