I have a user who setup a new form for a department contact list under Public Folders. I had created the the folder named xxx_contacts and made her the Owner. She published the new form to the folder and it is working. When other people in the department go to xxx_contacts and create a new entry they pull up her custom form. In the process of setting up the form she created a filter for her and her supervisor. Now when either one looks at xxx_contacts they get a error message saying unable to view folder. A lot of the icons are missing or grayed out but when she looks at Contacts under her personal folder everything is there. She clicks on View on the menu bar in xxx_Contacts and Current View icon is grayed out. Does anybody know what I can do to get these two computers so that they can see the xxx_Contacts folder again?
