Filter on DSM for Message Records

I'm a fairly new user to NSM and am trying to get the basics down. There are 5 DSMs and I would like to monitor all critical servers with one particular DSM. All DSMs are forwarding the events to one main event console. Is there a way to create message records filtering on messages from the one DSM that is managing my critical servers?
Any help would be appreciated.

I'm not sure if I've got what you actually want off. But in the NODE feilt of the MSG Record you could use that totrap a message coming from a specific server.
