Filter list by group-membership.

Hey!

I have a list with links. And I want to filter these links by group-membership.
So if "John" is a member in the group Support. He will only see the links that is in the category Support.
And "Lisa" is a member in the grup Admin. She will only see the links that is in the category Admin.

I can't find how to do this. I can filter the links on there own links that they created with [Me], but i can't find how to filter on a group.

Is there anyway that I can get a value from the users specifications? Like Department och City.
