Filter doesn't work 1

I have install AV Bros Puge Curl 1.2 plugin into my Photoshop 7 Plug-In folder but when try to use it not working. I see plugin under filters but when click on not working. Any clue?

what colour space are you in - are you in CMYK and the filter only works in RGB??? only an idea - not much info to work from i'm afraid...
