Filter data in powerplay based on user classes

Hello...

My requirement is as follows

My cube has a dimension 'Region' which has the values
North
South
East
West

I need users of North region to see only North Data, South region to see only South data and so on.

I have my user classes in Access Manager classified by regions.

Is there any facility in transformer where I can set the filter on a dimension based on user class. If not is there any other option?

Yup - User Class Views.
Check out "Set up User Class Views" in the pdf "pp_sbs_trns" that should be in your documentation folder of the Cognos install.
Remember, you'll need to add in the users to the model first; also detailed in the pdf ("Enable User Classes for a model")
