this one is bugging me,im missing the obvious i know! on the form view toolbar you have the filter by selection command, i want to put this command on a form as i will be switching off all the toolbards when i finish my DB how do i do it ?

 
Use the wizard to create a command button. It's under Form operations --> Apply form filter ---> Filter by selection Maq B-)
