Dear everyone,
I am having a problem. I have a field I want to filter by email address. The email address is stored in the PF (Physical file) on the AS400 system. When I enter my email address in field 1 of the image below. I would like field 2 to display policies according to the email address of field 1.

Please help me, because I'm a newcomer
