I have a report that looks a table with a counter in it. On the report I look at the first counter and the last counter to get a total count over a date range. It is in the "Location Footer". It works fine, but now I want to only see records that the total count exceeds 5 over the date range. I use a Form to select the Location and the Date Range, and I used the Query builder on the report to pull in the data from the tables and the locations and date range from the form. Please help!!!!
Thanks

If I understand you correctly, you need a count of the number of detail records returned by your query. Add the total line to your query grid. I'm assuming you have at least two tables in your query. One table represents the "one side" (locations) and one table represents the "many side" (I'll call it details). You need to bring the primary key field from the "details" table into your query grid. Then, change the "group by" to "count". In the criteria section enter >5

I am not doing a count, I am actually taking the last count number, X, and subtracting the first count, Y, to get a total count. This is being done in the deatail section of the report. Now I want to limit my report to only show the count that exceeds a certain number, >5. Thanks
