Dear All,

I scheduled a daily report using SSRS and it is now stored in local server.But i need to automate and send this
file to another server using SFTP.How to do this.Any help regarding this is highly appreciated.

Assuming that it is regular ftp and not secure ftp.

Easiest way is just use DOS FTP command from the sql server Execute command.

You could also do it with the FTP object in SSIS.

Sorry missed the SFTP part, it ran together.

One free tool is WinSCP and is has a dos mode that you can script.

Run it with execute.

winscp or putty sftp are two of the most common tools used. search for examples of how to use it on the net within ssis. its easy enough
