I am needing the filmstrip view available to several machines, although some machines are running XP, others are still at 2000. Do I have any options for the filmstrip view to be available for the 2000 machines OTHER THAN upgrading to XP?

There's a file manager that I use called Directory Opus that can be run in Explorer replacement mode. One of its (many) view options is Filmstrip, although I run it on XP so I don't know whether it relies on the OS's filmstrip functionality. I suspsect it doesn't.

It's a fantastic and powerful bit of software but it's not free and might be overkill for what you're after. You can find it here:
