filmstrip slideshow

Does anyone know of a tutorial on how to create a filmstrip where the pictures are scrolling, like a slideshow, but I want to have at least 3-4 pictures showing at a time, but the pictures need to be sliding along the filmstrip, like the film strip is moving. I hope this makes sense. I have flash 8 and paint shop pro 9.

Any help in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.
