Filling-up & Saving PDF forms online 1

I have got a PDF form available online. It is not attached to any database. I want users to be able to fill-in the data in the form & save a copy as a PDF file on their computers for their own records. Ideally I would also like them to be able to make changes to these files when they need to. Users only have Acrobat Reader on their machines.

Problem:

When users save a form on their desktops after filling in data, it is saved as a blank form with no data in it! Where does the data go???

You can give your users Acrobat Approval ($39.00 per license; less in bulk purchase), which allows form fill-in and saving of PDF docs.
Reader is designed not to allow changes, full Acrobat is designed for PDF creation, Approval is designed for your user's purpose.
