Hi all,
I have a '97 database that tracks membership. A very kind person from this forum linked up my search form to my table so that it displays found records in a subform.

Here's what I would like to do: I would like to do a mail merge but apparently it requires info from a table or query. The person who linked up the search form used all code and no queries so I'm not sure how to do this.

How can I transfer all the found records into a table that will refresh each time the search is performed? The record source on the form that displays the found records is already filled with an sql statement so I'm stumped.

Thanks :)

what does the code look like?
if there is a sql string in there somewhere, you can create a query from that quite easily.
