Hi, I would like to know how some programs are able to fill automatically the fields in html forms. I tried to get the text of the controls with a WM_GETTEXT message, but could not find a way to get the window handle of the various controls inside the explorer window.

I searched the net, but found only programs without sources that are able to fill html forms.

Anyone can help me please?

Thanks

The API for HWNDs there is useless. You should work with InternetExplorer by using it as a COM object. You may parse the content by using DHTML.

Sorry I did not thank you sooner. I was away and could not reply. Thank you very much, I found something about opening IE as a COM object and parsing the document in it, but I didn't ever try something like that. Guess I will have to learn something new! As always :(.

Bye.
