Ok this is kind of weird and I need some help.
We have a PDF document (form) which contains so "fillable fields". The user will navigate through a web site and open the form. He/she can then fill out the form and print the filled out form and cannot save changes but can save a blank copy of the form. This is all cool and works properly (as expected).
However, once the user fills out the form, regardless of whether they print the form or not, the data entered will remain in the form for that user (data is stored in user's internet cache) until the user either reboots his pc or manually kills acrord32.exe.
Even though the user exits the web page and all browser sessions acrord32.exe is left running in the background.
What I need is to either
1. Force acrord32.exe to close when the user exits the browser
or
2. Clear the (temp) stored form data when the user closes the form.
Is there any way to do either of these? Have any of you ever seen this behavior?
