fill textbox with combo box content

Hi everybody,
I have information stored in a table combobox. Now i want to show that information on a form, but not in a combobox but in a textbox. The textbox returns the numbers instead of the text. How can i get the textbox to display the text?

How many columns are displayed in the Combo Box and how are you refering to it?

Hi Phil,
tnx a lot for your reply. Problem solved. Got a nice tip from Seaport. It is not in this thread because accidently i posted the problem twice. sorry. His idea was:

txtBox8 = combox9.column(1) or just type

= combox9.column(1)in the control source of txtBox8.

Works fine. Problably there is also away to directly refer to value of the combo, without putting the combo9 on your form.
