Following problem:<br><br>We have a html form. A user can write, for example, his name into this form. When the user click the submit button, we want to put this name in a predefined pdf document. It should be able to download this pdf document.<br><br>Have anybody any idea?<br><br>Thanxs.<br>Wilfried

You could create an FDF fiel which will update a given PDF with the info.
