I don't think "work with" is quite the right phrase. Wise for Windows Installer (WfWI) can copy any file to the PC. It can create a repackage of a 3rd-party install routine (snapshots of the machine before and after an install to determine what changed). Some versions allow you to open a Visual Basic project file to extract the necessary items for creating a package but it can't do the same with Delphi project files. It can create ODBC connectors and install ODBC drivers. So, yes, it will be able to distibute Delphi project files (once they are compiled) and can create ODBC connectors to connect to SQL servers.
