Fill in the box

What I would like to do is .
When a person clicks on a pictures.
I would like to link it to this layout.
In this layout I would like box A to show enlarged picture of the first.
I would also lik some data to go into C ,D , E.
I am going to remove box B.
I have already prepaired the data in access.
Where can I get this script for linking to the box

linking the DataAccess to the box? i can make out 4 controls here:
-> Image control
-> 3 label controls

u can set their respective properties to the correct data???
