Fill-in forms w/ AA 7.0

Can a fill-in form that was created in the full version of Adobe Acrobat and then e-mailed to a recipient who has only Acrobat Reader 7.0:

1. Filled in using Acrobat Reader;
2. Saved by the recipient (who has ONLY Acrobat Reader); and,
3. E-mailed back to the originator of the form (who does have the full version of Acrobat)?

Yes, as long as the person who created the original pdf set permissions in Acrobat pro (File/Document Properties/Security - Permissions/Changes Allowed.
