Fill combo box with first entry in dropdown box 1

In the form's On Current event put:
cboName = PrimaryKey
Where cboName is the name of your combo box and PrimaryKey is the key field of the record.
The combo box must contain that key field but you can hide it from display by setting its column width to zero. Larry De Laruelle
