When I try to fill the color, it doesnt work. Is the reason about layer? I cant see layer clearly (small picture in the panel). Can anyone suggest some way to solve this problem

Does your file consist of more than one layer? If so, do you have the correct layer seleted when trying to fill the shape? Have the layer palette open so you can see what layer you are on.
