Fill Associations for programs on diff Ctx servers?

If im sent a visio file in outlook, and Visio is installed on another citrix box, but available to my user name. Is there a way for this program to still be launched, directly? or does the user have to open visio first etc? (which will be somewhat annoying for the standard end user)

ANy ideas?
