This is my Filesystem.... how to reduce my /var and /usr percentage in Sun. (proxy Firewall)

Look in /var/adm pacct files build up and can take a lot of space. Also old messages files in the same place. Check /var/log for syslog files also.
/usr usually doesn't have too many files that grow except maybe /usr/tmp so you'll have to look and see what you can delete.
Check lost+found for files from when things have gone wrong. use find to look for core files in /var & /usr and remove these.

Mikeclark, thank you for your suggestion.. i deleted all the build up files under those directories but then the percentage used is still the same.
