Filesharing Workplace chat via Spaces

Guys,

On of my customers is complaining that since a couple of days, they are unable to send attachments via chat in the workplace client.

Chat is setup via Spaces.

Anyone else noticed this behaviour recently?

How large is the file? I have had issues uploading files that are over 100meg where it would fail out. this would be videos for example.

I have not had that issue with word, excel, ppt, pdf files.

Small,

Just a small word file or picture.

I used to work, but it stopped like today or yesterday.

are you able to go to spaces on the web browser and send the file (not sending via workplace). see if that works

Yes, via spaces it is working.

Try uninstalling workplace and reinstalling it to clear cache and resign in to it + spaces. Workspace is so clunky I wish avaya would fix it for a better end user experience.

Thanks, but it is not 1 Workplace as far as I know.
