fileset upgrade

Hi, I've done some 5.1 ML3 -> ML5 upgrades and a few of them are stuck with this:

tablp101 $ instfix -ciqk 5100-05_AIX_ML | grep ":-:"
5100-05_AIX_ML:devices.pci.14106602.rte:5.1.0.51:5.1.0.50:-:AIX 5100-05 Update

I can get that fileset updated. Has anyone else had this problem?
It basically want's version 5.1.0.53 but can't because 5.1.0.51 is missing.
