I have a site in redundancy, with one terminal stuck in fileserver recovery, and I can’t find that marker file. Where does it live?

Thanks!

Yeah, that's what I remembered... but it isn't there, nor is it in the Data folder of the terminal that is stuck in recovery. Strange...

Any other ideas?

Thanks!

Customer called in; FOH down, saying it is unable to fully load the contents of BIN (I'm not sure what precipitated this...) I connected and verified the error, then killed CTLSVR and put FOH into redundancy. Did the usual troubleshooting (shares, permissions, verified reading and writing both ways, etc...), then attempted to recover. FOH stayed stuck on recovering for a long time; rebooted both terminals. Trm1 came up and continues to run, trm2 continues to say recovering. There is no FSRecovery marker in DATA, either in the terminals or in the BOH. Since trm2 is down, I figured what the heck, and I reloaded it; it is still doing the same thing.

Thanks for the help!

Ross, thank you! It was hiding in trm1 in TMP. Thought I had checked all the TMP folders, but I guess I missed this one...
