I have 3 remote offices that connect to a shared drive on a server in my office via WAN connections. 1 office, and only 4 of the 20+ computers in that office, cannot display this remote drive in windows explorer. The drive is mapped to everyone via their login script. On the left, the drive mapping shows up correctly, but when you click on it, all you receive on the right is a blank screen after a couple of minutes of the flashlight rolling back and forth. They have access, and can open files from this drive using Word or Excel, etc. but they cannot browse this directory. However, you can browse the drive if you change to the url \\servername\share in your browser address line. The 4 machines that are experiencing this are Dell Optiplex GX620's, Pentium D, WinXP SP2, 3.3Ghz Processor 1 Gig RAM. Can anyone help? This is HIGHLY frustrating!!!!!!!
