Files Migration 1

Hi,

How do I move all of my network data files from window 2000 server to the new 2003 server machine so that all of the security also move? and do I have to re-map all of my client machines to the new server?

Microsoft has a free file and print migrator There is also Secure Copy As far as pointing to new server; I would look a using an Alias (CNAME) Hopefully the old server will be retired?
