Hi-
I recently installed new 3Com Ethernet switches on my network. I have a single NT4 file server. That server runs Mac services. Since installing the switches, all the Mac desktops that mount those shares (on the NT4 box)are experiencing a "jumpy" effect when viewing the contents of the share in LIST view. Also, the shares will periodically disconnect from the desktops.
Can appletalk run over a switched network??? Or is it SO primitive that it MUST be on a broadcast type network?
Any help is appreciated...
Matt
