Files incorrectly reported as unlinked

I have many pages of my web showing up on the Unlinked Files report, that really are reachable from the home page. I've figured out that the incorrectly listed pages are the ones that are reachable only via a navigation bar in a shared top border. Pages linked via navbars in the left shared border and in the page body are correctly omitted from the report.

The navigation bar in question has "Child Pages under Home" and "Home Page" included. I redesigned the top border to move the navbar into a table cell. In the published web, it works fine.

I've searched the help docs and even an aftermarket book, and can't find anything.

Complicating factor: I'm using a half-butchered, half-baked theme if that could make a difference. Rick Sprague

I have the same problem on one of my webs. The summary report lists ALL my pages as "unlinked files", and I have no top shared border buttons, only left side buttons that reference all the pages in the web.

Have you found any explanation for this? I guess this is just another one of those bugs in Front Page that we will have to live with. Maybe it will be fixed in a future release.
