When I include (list) files - images etc in the 'Other' tab of the Project Manager- do I need to distribute these files these files when I make my setup file with Inno compiler?

I don't want to have a deep down screen 'barf' if a file is not available.

Each file has a little marker beside it in the project manager, or no mark. Right clicking a file also tells you if a file is excluded or included in the build.

For pictures the default is to be included in the exe. For text files I think not.

Bye, Olaf.

To be more precise:

The context menu you get at right click has an item "Exclude" to exclude files, which currently are included, and a menu item "Include" at the same position, if a file currently is excluded. So the menu toggles depending on the state.

Excluded files have the marker, which is a circle with line strking across, like a traffic sign forbidding something.

Bye, Olaf.

Yes, and just to add one more thing: Some things like PRGs can both be included or excluded. Reports are more relevent in that resepct, as you can of course not offer MODIFY REPORT to included reports, but you can print via included FRXes of course.

Bye, Olaf.
