on my Win2003 file server, I have several files in my RECYCLER on each drive that are taking up much-needed space. I only see them when I run my TreeSize software (to show who/what is consuming disk space on the server) - the files don't show in Windows Explorer.

The files look incredibly old and are from people who don't even work here any more... what on earth are these things doing here? I can use TreeSize to delete them (thank goodness).

what's the difference between Recycle Bin and RECYCLER??

The RECYCLED hidded folder is at the root of each drive volume. This is where deleted files go on each volume. The Recycle Bin is a placeholder for all these files on each of the volumes
