Files in C:\SMS\inboxes\despoolr.box\receive Folder

Is there any way to track where the files are coming from that are placed into a child site's C:\SMS\inboxes\despoolr.box\receive location?

I know that this file is coming from the parent site but how do I track where this is coming from?
Example....packages or advertisements?
We have several packages, is there any way to do a "search" thru all Packages?

All packages are stored in
c:\sms\inboxes\pkginfo.box\XXX012345.PKG
