Files have 2 parts

This is probably pretty basic, but some how we have created art files occasionaly when opened, opens 2 files like a clone. example..dwcmodel.pdf:1 and dwcmodel.pdf:2 When you close the files you have to close each one individualy. When you edit one file, you edit the other. No big deal I was just wondering what we are doing to create the "cloned" file, how to delete it and I suppose it is doubling the file size.

You are actually looking at an intentional feature, which allows you to operate on a file, say, zoomed in on one side of the screen, and a wider view in the other window, or preview/artwork views, etc. It happens for instance when you go to open a file that's already open, and you click OK when it asks for another window...
