Files created as .ps not .pdf

We have an application where you can print reports in pdf format and it's working for everybody except one. When he exports the file instead of a pdf he gets a ps file. He double-clicks the file and creates the pdf with a log file. This is too cumbersome for him since he export as much as 60 files everyday.

He has Adobe Acrobat Pro 6.0.1 installed and Distiller.

It appears that the user might have Adobe postscript set as the printer instead of Adobe pdf. Also, when you choose Adobe pdf as the printer, you should get additional options under "pdf options".

If you use a print preset for these, make sure that the user has the proper settings.
