Files by user?

Out company recently replaced our Novell server with a Windows 2003 server and I'm trying to find a way on how to identify all the files saved or created by a particular user in the server. With Novell this was very easy to do, but with Windows I really don't know how to do something like this.

If you have 2003 R2 i think you can generate a report with resource manager.

If not then try typing dir /? at the command prompt the /Q switch displays file ownership.
