Files & Setting Transfer Wizard 1

Hi. I,m attempting to transfer files and settings from a PC on my lan to a replacement machine. When I run the wizard on the old PC the Home or small office network option is greyed out and unavailable. Can anyone tell me why this might be happening and how to correct it?
