We just started receiving the error: "Fileopen initialization failure(1): You will not be able to open protected files" when ever we open any pdf file. It only happens when logged on as a "user". It does not happen when logged on as "administrator". What can we do to remove this error? I read something about removing the fileopen plug in, but I am unsure of how to do this and why is it not happening for administrator? Is there a file/folder or registry setting I can give extra permissions to?
