Filenames and paths missing first letter

I am using DreamWeaver 8 and I am aving problems with file paths and names. If I use the link checker it shows a lot of broken links. When I look at the results everything seems to be missing the first letter of the filepath.

For example:

/forms/forms_building_construction.html

will show as

/orms/forms_building_construction.html

I have also seen this in other areas of DreamWeaver.

Does anyone know why this happens.
