Filename of toolbar in Word

I would like to be able to copy paste the toolbar filename to other workstations so that I don't have to recreate it for each person. Does anybody know then name and location of this file?

Here is the name & location of mine. W2K, Off2K

C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Microsoft\Excel\excel.xlb

Oops! sorry, I missed the Word part. I have Excel on the brain today. The toolbars are save in Normal.dot....

C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Microsoft\templates\normal.dot
