FileMaker Unix Date Conversion

Does anyone know of a routine that can be used in a
FileMaker Pro 5.5 application to convert Unix date/time?
I need to convert a Unix dat that look like this:
1076862349 to a date and time that FileMaker and
humans can recognize.
When I ran the above number through an webb based converter
it returned Sun 15 Feb 2004 16:25:49 which is correct.
