Filemaker table

Hi:
Asking a table transfer question. .( do not know how to use filemaker.)

My brother uses filemaker.contact table on his computer.

He e-loads it to me and it comes over as a html txt file.

How can he save it as a *.dbf file and upload it to me.
I can parse out his txt file with a lota work and thought maybe there was a easier way to save it as a *.dbf table and then upload it to me. . .which I can then use directly.

Any feedback on how we might do this is deeply appreicated.

.dbf is a standard export option he can choose upon exporting- he just needs to select that as the export type before he exports.
